Sync In Mind, Love & Cosmos (the “Institute”) operates on the principle of Information Sovereignty. We utilize a proprietary triple-shielded framework to secure your personal identity and character architecture.

1. ANONYMITY & IDENTITY SHIELDING
To prioritize intellect and character over visual bias, we enforce the following:
• Avatar-Only Interface: Members must use stylized caricature avatars. Legal names and physical appearances remain hidden behind an “Avatar Mirror.”
• Explicit Consent: Personal identities and professional footprints are only disclosed to a specific match following your direct authorization to the concierge.

2. SECURE DATA HIERARCHY
Client data is segmented into three secure layers with clinical-grade protection:
• Layer 1 (Mind): Cognitive maps and personality traits used for internal synchronization; visible to matches only via anonymized dossiers.
• Layer 2 (Love): Sensitive data regarding relational requirements and Seduction Archetypes is protected by End-to-End Encryption and processed locally to prevent exposure to external AI agents.
• Layer 3 (Cosmos): Raw astronomical birth data for Lakkana Rising Sign calibration is used strictly for clinical alignment and is never disclosed.

3. BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION STANDARDS
To ensure a sanctuary free from fraudulent actors or AI decoys, we maintain rigorous authentication:
• 3-Factor Authentication: Requires a live selfie with government ID, a handwritten date on A4 paper, and a verified messaging ID (WhatsApp or LineID).
• Storage Protocols: Verification materials are stored on encrypted, offline disks and are never utilized for third-party marketing or profiling.

4. ACCESS & PERMISSION CONTROLS
Our proprietary Content Management System isolation protocols include:
• Sovereign User Access: You maintain exclusive access to your diagnostic reports and architectural dossiers.
• Human Oversight Limitations: Our concierge, Pailin, may audit metrics for vetting purposes but is legally prohibited from data export or distribution.

5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & SOVEREIGN RIGHTS
The Institute adheres to the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), GDPR, and CCPA standards.
• Right to Erasure: Members possess the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their character architecture and profile from our incubator at any time.
