Welcome to SyncInMind.Club (the “Institute”). By accessing our digital sanctuary, submitting your diagnostic data, or authorizing a partnership tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement. Our service is engineered exclusively for high-EQ professionals who prioritize character architecture and cognitive synergy over transactional swiping.
 

1. Nature of Service: The Relationship Laboratory

SyncInMind.Club operates as an elite Interpersonal Relationship Laboratory and Matchmaking Concierge. We do not provide a digital marketplace for images; we provide a high-fidelity Relationship Engineering service rooted in psychological blueprints and Lakkana (Rising sign) synchronization.
 

2. Eligibility & The Commitment Barrier

Engagement is reserved for individuals demonstrating emotional maturity, self-awareness, and a growth mindset. All prospective members must complete the “Whom You Seek Is Seeking You” Onboarding Diagnostic.

• Verification: To maintain ecosystem integrity, Tier 2 and Tier 3 members must undergo our Biometric Integrity Protocol, including 3D facial recognition and secondary physical authentication.

• Right of Refusal: The Institute reserves the right to decline engagement with any individual who does not align with our standard of principles or fails the diagnostic vetting process.
   

3. Membership Tiers & Partnership Mandates

Members do not purchase "subscriptions"; they select a Level of Partnership for a fixed duration of diagnostic monitoring and curation.

• The Associate (150-Day Alignment): A 5-month structural incubator focused on initial character blueprinting and Lakkana calibration.

• The Client (1-Year Legacy): A 1-year elite partnership featuring quarterly synergy briefings and priority video synchronization.
   

4. Commercial Terms & Stripe Compliance

All financial transactions are processed securely via our gateway partners (Stripe).

• Investment vs. Subscription: Fees are positioned as an investment in diagnostic labor, professional vetting, and human-led curation.

• Matchmaker Activation Protocol: A standalone $35 execution fee applies when a verified member requests to bridge the gap with a candidate in the unverified preparatory pool. This fee covers the manual identity audit and coordination of a structured 60-minute introduction.

• Refund Policy: As our service involves immediate diagnostic labor and profile calibration upon onboarding, all fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of an authentication failure during the Activation Protocol, a "Failure-Credit" may be applied.
   

5. The Sync Pledge: Community-centric

Members agree to move from an ego-centric worldview to a community-centric worldview.

• Direct Talk: Members agree to dismantle "guessing games" (Kreng Jai) in favor of transparent, radical honesty.

• Mutual Investment Synergy: Members agree that all initial real-world meetings should be split 50:50 to ensure an equal behavioral investment. For example, if traveling expenses may incur and it is your responsibility to negotiate what terms that suit you mutually. 

• Matchmaker Guarantee: There is a match for everyone, but are you emotionally ready to take the big step? We can connect you, but ultimately, the choice is yours! 
   

6. Intellectual Property & Future Assets

The "Sync Score," "Tri-Planar Framework," and all proprietary formulas used to calculate character architecture are the sole property of the Institute.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

While our laboratory utilizes high-fidelity weighted algorithms (30:40:30) to identify "Glorious Alignments," the Institute does not guarantee a specific relational outcome. Relationship success is a conscious co-creation between two sovereign individuals. Sync In Mind Club is here to provide that opportunity. 
 

8. Termination of Engagement

The Institute may terminate any partnership mandate without notice if a member is found to be utilizing AI bots, catfishing, or demonstrating behavior that compromises the sanctuary’s integrity and safety.
